Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager to spearhead the development and execution of social media strategies for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about all things social media but also excels at driving engagement, growing audiences, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with target markets.

Strategic Planning & Execution:Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals and audience.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine our clients' social media presence.


Content Creation & Management:Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality content (text, images, videos, and interactive media) that aligns with client branding and voice.
Collaborate with creative teams to design visually appealing and impactful campaigns.


Community Engagement:Manage and grow online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive brand image.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer engagements to expand reach.


Analytics & Reporting:Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using social media analytics tools.
Provide actionable insights and regular reports to clients, demonstrating ROI and areas for improvement.


Team Leadership:Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of social media campaigns within broader marketing strategies.
Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and training on the latest social media trends and best practices.


2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within an agency environment.

Demonstrable success in growing social media accounts and creating engaging content (Example Accounts)

Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Cloud Campaign, Google Analytics).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly creative, data-driven, and adept at problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
