Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager to spearhead the development and execution of social media strategies for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals and audience.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine our clients' social media presence.
- Content Creation & Management:Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality content (text, images, videos, and interactive media) that aligns with client branding and voice.
Collaborate with creative teams to design visually appealing and impactful campaigns.
- Community Engagement:Manage and grow online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive brand image.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer engagements to expand reach.
- Analytics & Reporting:Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using social media analytics tools.
Provide actionable insights and regular reports to clients, demonstrating ROI and areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership:Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of social media campaigns within broader marketing strategies.
Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and training on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Demonstrable success in growing social media accounts and creating engaging content (Example Accounts)
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Cloud Campaign, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
